Please revise the following steps:
At the Miramagica Desk, we take into consideration only data of the clients interested in the party. This is needed for internal evidence.
To make a reservation, you need to contact the Organizer, either directly at the location or at no. phone: 0752.199.840, or by completing the form below. It must contain as much data as possible about your event.
For requests submitted during the week (Monday to Friday), in 48 hours, you will receive our offer and our response regarding the availability of the day / time requested.
The reservation becomes farm when paying an advance of 30% of the value of the event.
The final number of people (adults / children) for the party is confirmed at least 24 hours before the party, in writing, at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Party packs are calculated for a minimum of 10 participants.
If the number of people participating in the party is lower than the one for which you opted, the total amount will be paid according to the minimum number of people.
If there are several children invited to the initial release, for each additional guest, the package will be charged.
If the party spend exceeds 3 hours, the hourly rate will be recalculated.
Your party involves using, but not exclusively, the indoor play space.

If you wish to cancel the event, please be aware that the advance will not be refunded.
Changing the date of the party, keeping the conditions and the tariff, can only be done with the agreement of the event manager / coordinator, subject to availability.
No access to any food and / or alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages outside the MIRAMAGICA CHILDREN CROWN complex is allowed in the playground except for the cake (if this has been agreed in advance with the event manager), which shall be accompanied by the certificate of conformity – in accordance with the rules in force (certifying that the products comply with the quality, grading, packaging, marking and are safe for human consumption). Conditions of storage and temperature and shelf-life will be specified. Access to the play room is made no more than 10 minutes before the party starts and is released within 10 minutes of the end of the game. Extending the 3-hour standard is only possible with the agreement of the event manager / coordinator against a fee and subject to availability at that time. Children’s access to the playground is only allowed with exchange shoes – not used in the exterior (botos, socks, etc.). The access of accompanying adults to playgrounds is only allowed with disposable footwear, available for free at the entrance.
